  • Oversee daily ground operations to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Act as the focal point for operational decision-making and problem resolution.

  • Coordinate airline between representatives, cargo teams, and airport authorities.

  • Liaise with HR and training departments for staff certification tracking.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Safety and Quality Management Systems.

  • Analyze safety data and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Prepare monthly safety and quality performance reports.
